Confidentiality can be discussed if further detail when contracting with your counsellor during your first session. However only on rare occasions will confidentiality have to be breeched. This is if there is a safeguarding issue or if it required by law.

How long will it take to be seen? Is there a waiting list?
We aim to see clients as soon as possible and if there is a waiting list as the time of booking you will be informed immediately and you can either be seen as the soonest next available time or If you would prefer you could access another counselling service.
